Please review the framework below. We collaborate only with parishes prepared to work within a clear administrative structure.

Purpose

Holy Path Solutions protects time, energy, and opportunities on both sides through order and disciplined communication.

This initial form helps us determine whether a collaboration is suitable. If the conditions below are not met, we kindly ask that you do not submit the form.

Structure is not a preference. It is the foundation that prevents missed deadlines, lost opportunities, and administrative confusion.

Eligibility requirements

The parish must confirm that it:

  • Accepts fixed deadlines and clear timelines
  • Can designate one administrative contact person
  • Agrees to communicate through an official channel
  • Understands that processes may be paused if requirements are not met
  • Accepts that Holy Path Solutions does not engage in pastoral, liturgical, or spiritual matters
Important

If these conditions are not met, we kindly ask that you do not submit this form.

Submissions are reviewed by the Secretariat. If appropriate, we will respond with the next steps.

Onboarding Process

What happens after you contact us

We keep the onboarding process intentionally simple and structured. Clarity from the beginning protects both sides.

01

Eligibility review

We review the submitted form to confirm that the parish meets the basic working requirements. If the collaboration is not suitable, we will inform you clearly.

02

Initial call

If eligible, we schedule a short introductory call. This is not a sales call. It is a clarification call.

  • Scope of support
  • Expected timelines
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Whether we move forward
03

Documentation

If both sides agree to proceed, we provide the required documents. These are reviewed and signed before any work begins.

  • Service contract
  • Collaboration regulation document
04

Project start

Once documents are signed and the first payment is confirmed, the collaboration officially begins. Timelines and communication channels are activated.

No work starts before this point.
Contract Structure

How our agreements are organised

All collaborations are governed by two documents. Both must be signed before the collaboration begins.

A

Service Contract

Standard professional services agreement

  • Scope of services
  • Duration
  • Fees and payment terms
  • Termination conditions
  • Legal protections for both parties
B

Collaboration Regulation

Operational rules and institutional limits

  • How communication works
  • Who is responsible
  • How deadlines are handled
  • When processes are paused
  • Ethical and institutional limits
The regulation is non-negotiable and forms an integral part of the contract.

Both documents must be signed for the collaboration to begin.
